Georgia Socratous is a founding member of Geo Properties specializing international investments.

Shortly after earning her Master’s degree in Financial Management from Johnson & Wales University, Georgia pursued her life long passion for real estate and served as the Director of Marketing Development for the leading real estate development firm Seven Stone Building Group. With her marketing and sales leadership, all units in the highly successful Bayley Lofts mill conversion in Pawtucket, RI were sold one year ahead of schedule. With her keen interest in the real estate business, dedication, intelligence, endeavor and caliber, Georgia Socratous now operates the Cyprus branch of Geo Properties.

Georgia encourages and promotes our team’s philosophy of listening to clients needs and matching them with the desired property that meets those needs. Georgia is fluent in English and Greek and has lived, studied and worked in 5 different countries.
