The Biltmore Hotel Showcases New Suites at Open House Cocktail Party
Over the past week, our team attended an Open House at the Providence Biltmore Hotel, where we had the opportunity to preview their new suites and updated ballroom over a lavish cocktail party on the terrace. Here we were able to learn about the hotel’s recent restoration work as well as their future plans for the historic building.
Since our real estate agency specializes in restoration and short-term accommodations, we feel a special affinity towards this historic hotel. It’s old-world charm befits its swanky downtown location and excellent customer service.

So it must be said that on the rare occasion that we aren’t able to accommodate new guests at our Residences on Angell, we sometimes refer them to the Biltmore Hotel in downtown Providence. Our agency holds a private account with the Biltmore so referred guests are able to get a room at a lowered rate.
When it comes to pricing and service, the suites at the Biltmore is a good alternative to an affordable short stay in our great little city. Not only are guests able to stay at one of our city’s landmark historic buildings, but they are able to get a sense of “downcity” living by being steps away from the financial district, the Dunkin’ Donuts Center and the Providence Place Mall.
The Biltmore’s growing efforts to revitalize its architecture is something we strongly believe in supporting. Not only would it be a great facelift for the area, but it’s also conducive to the efforts the City is making on other historic properties.
Now, what are we going to do about the Superman building?
